We are available 24/7. It means anytime. If I do not reply in an hour. It just because of time difference.
First I'll send you the first draft to show what I've got for you. If you approve that animation then I'll provide you with other files, formats, source files, sound effects, (It all depends on your package).
We are not sound designer which means I can only use sound effects, or manipulate them, I don't design sound. I'm charging for to make them synchronised, and also provide you a license for that.
